Refund policy

If your item is unworn (tried on with your own briefs underneath), still has the tag attached and it is in its original condition, you may be eligible for a return. Please send us an email with your order number, details and reason for return. We will then organise a return label for you to return your piece which will then be carefully inspected and processed for a refund or store credit. Please keep in mind that for bottoms and briefs we can only accept returns due faults within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
