How long will it take to get my order?
All pieces are made to order and may take 14-28 days to complete (before shipping), depending on demand.
How do I choose my size?
Every item is handmade to order, therefore we do not have a stock of sizes already made in our inventory. Consult our size guide and simply leave your desired size in the cart notes or leave your measurements if unsure.
How do I wash my pieces?
All of our pieces are extremely delicate and should only be washed by hand. We recommend soaking your pieces in cold water with a biodegradable delicates detergent for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Gently rinse your pieces under cold running water, then lay flat to dry on a large bath towel in the shade.
DO NOT machine wash.
DO NOT tumble dry.
DO NOT hang dry in the sun.
Dolce Amore Intimo is NOT responsible for any damaged caused by improper care. Please follow our care guide for prolonging the life of your handmade pieces.
Do you use genuine Swarovski crystals and gemstones?
Yes, all of our crystals are genuine Swarovski crystals unless stated other wise. If not available, we may use Preciosa crystals. All of our natural gemstones are locally sourced and of the highest grade. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure quality and sustainability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from Italy and we ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. Please contact us if you have any questions related to shipping zones. We currently use Poste Italiane as our main shipping carrier:
- Italy: 1-4 Business Days (FREE)
- EU: Standard, 10-15 Business Days
- EU: Express, 2-4 Business Days
- Rest of the world: International Standard, up to 30 Days
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if your item is unworn (tried on with your own briefs underneath), still has the tag attached and it is in its original condition, you may be eligible for a return. Please send us an email with your order number, details and reason for return. We will then organise a return label for you to return your piece which will then be carefully inspected and processed for a refund or store credit. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns due to sizing and faults within 14 days of receiving your parcel. For more information regarding returns please don’t hesitate to contact us.
I would like to create a custom piece, how can I do so?
Please send us a message over Instagram, @dolceamoreintimo, or e-mail with your ideas, budget and due date. We do not charge a custom fee and you may be able to use promotional discounts on your order.
