How do I choose my size?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, we do not have a stock of sizes already made in our inventory. Simply leave your preferred size or measurements in the cart notes before checking out. If the items are ready to ship, consult our size guide to determine the right fit for you. If unsure, contact us!
How long will it take to get my order?
All pieces are made to order and may take 7-28 days to complete (before shipping), depending on demand and the product. Some of our pieces are ready to ship. To confirm if your item is ready to ship or made to order, please read the product description.
Do you use genuine Swarovski crystals and gemstones?
Yes, all of our crystals are genuine dead-stock Swarovski crystals unless stated other wise. All of our natural gemstones and pearls are locally sourced and/or vintage from repurposed jewellery. We work closely with our suppliers and our sourcing process to ensure quality and sustainability.
How do I wash my pieces?
All of our pieces are extremely delicate and should only be washed by hand.
We recommend soaking your pieces in cold water with a biodegradable delicates detergent for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Gently rinse your pieces under cold running water, then lay flat to dry on a large bath towel in the shade.
DO NOT machine wash, tumble dry, hang dry in the sun.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from Italy and we ship to Europe, Australia and NZ, Canada, Mexico, US. We currently use BRT (Italy) UPS (International) our main shipping carriers:
Italy: 1-4 Business Days
EU: Standard, 4-7 Business Days
EU: Express, 2-4 Business Days
Rest of the world: International Standard, 7 to 14 Days
Import Duties & Tariffs (U.S. Orders from Italy)
All orders are shipped from Italy using UPS. Please note that any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your product price or shipping cost at checkout.
When your package arrives in the United States, UPS may request payment of these fees before completing delivery. The total amount depends on your order value, product category, and U.S. import regulations.
We are unable to estimate or control these costs, as they are determined by U.S. Customs. For guidance, we recommend checking U.S. import duty thresholds or contacting UPS prior to ordering.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to cover any import duties or tariffs that may apply.
Do you accept returns?
Tops, bralettes and accessories can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers will receive a gift card for the amount of the purchase; refunds will be considered only in special circumstances.
Due to health and hygiene, all pieces must be tried on over underwear. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our standards. Returned items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Slips and bottoms are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Kindly ensure that your package is prepaid, insured, and shipped using a traceable service. Dolce Amore is not responsible for packages that are lost during transit. International customers are responsible for all shipping and duty fees, if not paid these will be deducted from the issued gift card.
I would like to create a custom piece, how can I do so?
Send us an e-mail with your ideas, budget and due date. We do not charge a custom fee and all requests are considered.
